All new for 2020. The Michelin Power 5 is a great choice for fast road riders or sportsbike riders who like to take their bike on a trackday. It’s a fast-warm-up sticky road tyre that offers excellent steering response, with a neutral profile to give predictable handling, even at extreme lean angles. While it’s not the best choice for all weather riding (that accolade goes to the Michelin Road 5) it won’t leave you stranded if you get caught out in the rain as this tyre is rich in silica and will work well in the wet. It’s right up there as one of the most popular tyres we sell. The lifespan of the tyre means you’ll get around 3,500 to 5,000 miles out of a set. Awarded the Recommended triangle from RiDE magazine’s June 2021 ‘Sporty Road Tyres’ test. “A great tyre that combines the best bits of Michelin’s race and touring rubber.
