We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. You should inform us of any such cancellation via the following methods: Contact Us page, email or telephone.

Payment will be taken when the order is placed.

We do offer UK shipping and special next day delivery (UK ONLY) for an extra cost calculated by Royal Mail.

All items for next day delivery must have been ordered before 1pm to guarantee delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 3pm on fridays will not be processed until Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

PLEASE NOTE: Any Customers' returning products for an exchange out of the UK will incur shipping charges (to be calculated) for the re-postage of your new item.

On receipt of your order we will request the money via our paypal account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the charge. Once this has been accepted we will then send the exchanged parcel out for delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Due to high demand items temporarily out of stock will be put on back order and you will be notified immediately, by e-mail or telephone. You then have the choice to wait for your order, choose a different colour/style or cancel the order. Also If we are unable to deliver your goods, or delivery is delayed, we will inform you and you may cancel your order and claim a full refund.

Multiple orders will not be accepted, please do not order multiple items or other products to try on, if an item is unsuitable SPS Motorcycles will be more than happy to exchange but all terms and conditions will apply.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc..), 

Overseas Returns: Any Customers' returning products for an exchange out of the UK will incur shipping charges ( to be calculated) for the re-postage of your new item. In the event that products are unsuitable, we are happy to refund or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if received within 30 days of purchase in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.  Refunds of returned items are at the discretion of the company.

Clearance items are excluded from return, for advice about clearance items please speak to a member of staff.   

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided with the product and send back within 30 days of purchase. 

Goods should be returned at your own cost, and in their original condition (unused/unworn) and in original packaging.

On receipt of the returned goods we will dispatch a replacement or provide a refund.

You will be liable for any damage to the goods caused while in your possession.

In the event of an exchange we will pay the shipping cost to return the exchanged product to you. However if you need to exchange more than once a flat fee of £5 will be requested and payment will have to be received before the item is re-shipped. If a customer repeatedly returns products, SPS Motorcycles have the right to investigate and ultimately stop supplying to the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons worn items are simply not accepted for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

The refunded money will be refunded back to the card or payment method that you initially used.
